Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. is the controller for this website. We are a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (company number 16968864) at 65 Bridge Lane, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 3AU. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@heritagedynamic.org.
Information We Process
The site has no user accounts, contact form or first-party analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and error data to deliver and protect the service. Your optional-content choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage.
Purposes and Lawful Bases
We process limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving this public heritage service. We rely on your consent before loading optional third-party content. You may withdraw consent at any time through “Manage privacy choices” in the footer.
Cookies, Maps and the 3D Tour
We do not load Google Maps or Matterport until you accept optional content. Once loaded, Google and Matterport may receive your IP address and device information and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy notices. Rejecting optional content does not prevent access to the rest of this website.
Sharing and International Transfers
Technical information may be processed by our hosting, security, Google Maps and Matterport providers. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers must use a lawful UK mechanism such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
Retention
The consent choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data; we do not receive that local record.
