These terms govern use of this digital heritage website operated by Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
About This Service
This is a Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. digital heritage project about St Thomas’s C of E Church. It is not the church’s official website and does not provide pastoral, safeguarding, worship-time or emergency information on the church’s behalf.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care over heritage information but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Research may change as new evidence becomes available. Confirm visiting arrangements, access and services directly with the church before travelling.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, disruptively scrape it, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
Online Safety
This site currently has no accounts, public comments, uploads, messaging, user-to-user content sharing, search engine or pornographic content. On that basis, it does not appear to be a regulated user-to-user, search or provider-pornography service under the Online Safety Act 2023. We will reassess before adding community submissions, communication or search features. Report concerns to info@heritagedynamic.org.
Children and Safeguarding
The heritage content is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information directly from children. Children should use external interactive services with appropriate adult guidance. Report safeguarding concerns promptly; contact the police or emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
Third-Party Services
Google Maps and Matterport are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability, accessibility, security and performance are outside our control. Optional third-party content loads only after consent.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, writing and original digital heritage material are owned by or licensed to Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. You may view the site for personal and educational use. Contact us before reproducing, publishing, modifying or commercially exploiting material.
Liability and Availability
The site is provided for general information and education. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by reasonable reliance on unverified information, third-party services or temporary unavailability.
